The Family Matters Fertility Centre based in Centurion is run by gynaecologist, obstetrician and fertility specialist, Dr Qinisile Cele. As a woman Dr Cele is passionate about alleviating the pain and struggles ordinary women face due to infertility.

“At Fertility Matters, you can expect patient-centered care, where the specialists work with not just intelligence, but a warm heart and succouring bedside manners.”

Using the latest technology Dr Cele and her medical team provide four major services to women in need of specialized healthcare.

“Our modern clinic and contemporary design will ease and comfort patients, while our state-of-the-art technology and equipment are used to provide exceptional service.”

These primary services include:

The Family Matters clinic performs infertility investigations as part of its fertility care service. This includes blood tests for hormone profiling, ultrasounds, semen analysis and ovarian reserve testing. This is generally the first step in identifying the reason for infertility. Once the tests have been completed couples may be prompted to undergo fertility treatments such as artificial insemination, in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or ICSI.

General Gynaecology

For women who are struggling with issues related to their reproductive system consulting with a specialist can help to bring added peace of mind and detailed solutions. Dr Cele is able to treat a variety of health issues such as menstrual disorders, fertility issues, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), hormone disorders, fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, menopause and more.

Obstetric Services

Once couples have conceived they can be assured of receiving the best prenatal and postnatal care. “As your obstetrician, Dr Cele will be there throughout your pregnancy journey from the confirmation of your pregnancy through to the delivery of your little one.”

Surgical Services
