LEIGH-ANN’S STORY
Finding out at the age of 16 that I had infertility issues, more specifically PCOS, was a tough pill to swallow. At that point in my life, I did not understand the full extent of my diagnosis and it was only until I had married my husband and we started trying for a family that I felt the true pain of infertility.
To say myself and my husband did not have an easy journey is an understatement. I had tried everything under the sun to try and fall pregnant and when I eventually did, I had a miscarriage.
Not all hope was lost though. In 2017, my husband and I adopted our little son Liam when he was a mere few days old. He has been our biggest blessing and an absolute ray of sunshine in a world that seemed very very dark. It was during this time, during my struggle, that I saw a need for more information, guidance and support for couples struggling with infertility. I then decided something needed to be done to help people just like me on their journeys of trying to conceive. I had the idea of creating an online world that would be a one-stop platform, offering everything from products, expert advice, finance, FAQ’s and many more.
This was when Fertility Solutions bloomed and needless to say, the rest is history.
