As a registered Diettitian with a passion for womens health, Faaizah Laher helps women fuel their bodies for fertility, and help them build the healthiest foundation for pregnancy. With years of clinical and private practice experience, she blends science with practical everyday nutrition to make the fertility journey less overwhelming and more empowering.

Special Interests: PCOS, insulin resistance, gestational diabetes, couples’ nutrition, weight management for fertility.

Faaizah is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, and is also registered with the Association for Dietetics in South Africa, where she serves as a bridge between the Dietetics community and the public. Faaizah has spoken on radio, and frequently published magazine and newspaper articles.
